WINTER ON THE WASTELAND
SNOW, SNOW AND MORE SNOW
There is usually more snow in Boafall than in the rest of Skåne, as the location is about 160 metres above sea level. A neighbour will clear the snow so that guests can get to the house. But remember winter tyres and snow chains.
FIREPLACE OVEN
The wood-burning stove (9 W) is located in the dining room and can easily heat both the dining room and the TV room.Wood briquettes can be purchased at HK Byggmarked in Jämshög - price approx. 30 SEK per pack.
Remember that you must empty and clean the stove yourself.

MORE SNOW IN BOAFALL
You can both toboggan and ski down the forest road outside the house. For the more ambitious skiers, southern Sweden's largest ski slope 'Vänga' is just 10-15 kilometres from the farm. See more about skiing under Outdoor activities
